Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
Manage and train junior kitchen staff
Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersRequirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of best cooking practices
A valid DBS check
Culinary school diploma or equivalent experienceBenefits:
