Are you a Theatre Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client, a leading private hospital in Canterbury are looking for a dedicated Scrub Nurse to join their dynamic team. This exciting opportunity comes with a salary up to £35,000 with excellent benefits including private healthcare, private pension, learning and development opportunities and more!

This is a full time role, covering shifts Monday – Friday between 8am to 8pm and only occasional Saturdays! Additionally, the client invests significantly in your professional development, offering a range of courses and qualifications to enhance your skills.

As a Scrub Nurse, you will:
Deliver quality care across a range of services in a fast-paced environment.
Work flexible shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays and on-calls.
Lead a team and make influential decisions.
Support and contribute to the theatre department's operations.
Package and Benefits:
As a Scrub Nurse in this role, you can expect:
Annual salary of up to £35,000.
25 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with service, plus bank holidays.
Private Pension Scheme and Healthcare Scheme.

The ideal Scrub Nurse will:
Be a Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
Ideally have 12 months of experience in a theatre setting, though this is not essential.
Be enthusiastic about learning and development opportunities.
Be flexible with shift patterns to support the theatre department's needs.
If you have experience or interest in roles such as Operating Theatre Nurse, Operating Department Practitioner, Theatre Nurse or ODP, this position could be the perfect fit for you.
