Due to another period of growth, they are now recruiting for a Procurement Manager to oversee the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire procurement process within the business. You will be tasked with maintaining and improving an effective supply chain to achieve successful project outcomes, regularly reviewing processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement, and line managing a small team.

The ideal candidate will be an established procurement professional who is interested in working on a variety of construction projects. You will be proactive and enjoy working in a dynamic and growing business environment, whilst overseeing a small team.

The Role:
*Overseeing the entire procurement process for the business to ensure projects are delivered successfully
*Continuously reviewing and improving processes and procedures
*Line management of a small team
*Working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with hybrid, and occasional travel to suppliers
