We are looking for a Lettings Assistant to join a growing new build lettings team.
Reporting to the Head of New Build Lettings, the New Build Lettings Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing the handover process for new apartments/developments.
Once a property is bought, you will ensure a seamless transition between the Sales & Lettings departments for their investors. This will suit somebody looking to move into lettings or interested in a career in property with good admin skills.
The responsibilities of the Lettings Assistant:
Manage the smooth handover process for completed apartments.
Conduct detailed snagging inspections and report findings, occasionally going out to site
Liaise with Property Management & Lettings teams to ensure thorough handovers upon the completion of developments.
Obtain and distribute monthly construction updates to clients, ensuring they are kept informed.
Efficiently set up customers on our internal CRM system.
Guide clients through the sign-up process for lettings, management, snagging, and furniture installations.What we'd like you to bring:
Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
Previous Lettings, property, Estate Agency experience is desirable
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to client care and service excellence.
Willingness to travel to our offices in Manchester and London, as well as various UK developments
A valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
