Service Desk Analyst - Shift
£28,000 - £30,000/Swindon/Great Benefits
We are working with one of our favourite clients, a growing firm within the security sector who need another Service Desk Analyst to join their team! Our client is looking for someone with a drive to progress alongside having a passion for IT as this role offers LOTS of growth opportunities. The perfect candidate will have experience with Windows and ideally of working with Linux too, but this isn't essential. The role is 4- days on, 4 days off and is on a 12-hour shift pattern consisting of either a day or a night shift alternating weekly. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be SC clearable.What will you be doing?
Responding to technical requests over the phone and email Resolving issues/queries Logging issues and requests through the ticketing system Escalating issues to the help desk team leader Training and development
What do you need to have?
Strong Customer Service Skills. Experience working in a helpdesk environment. Having a technical understanding of Windows 10 Operating System Active Directory. Strong verbal communication skills
