Job title: ServiceNow Consultant
Duration: 6months +
Location: Swindon, UK

Key skills/knowledge:

• ServiceNow Implementation experience in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, IRM, HAM, SAM modules.
• Strong knowledge in ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools.
• 3 X ServiceNow Mainline certifications are preferred
• Strong knowledge in CSDM and CMDB maturity enhancements
• Strong knowledge in ServiceNow development: Business rules, script includes, client scripts, ACLs, Discovery patterns, Flow designer and platform configurations
• Supports design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve customer desired outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are must
