Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a ASB Officer to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Middlesex.

What the job will be doing

* To conduct specialist investigations incorporating high level legal case preparation and management pursuant to both civil and criminal legislation, in order to fulfil the council statutory responsibilities and duties under

* To provide a high profile, frontline, high visibility, proactive and reactive response to all aspects of nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB).

* Promote social responsibility, community cohesion and awareness of issues ASB.

What you will need

* Good working knowledges of the enforcement measures available to tackle ASB and Hate Crime

* A thorough understanding of the relevant legislation relating to ASB and Hate Crime

* Practical experience of handling high priority ASB and Hate Crime cases
