This is an exciting chance to join a busy team of advisors where you will be given the responsibility to make a meaningful impact, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of the business. No prior experience is necessary, but the successful candidate must be bright, highly organised, and numerically adept!

The ideal candidate will ideally be a driven, confident, and professional graduate to support the advisors and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role provides an excellent learning platform for individuals looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities as a PA include:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the advisors, ensuring the efficient management of daily tasks.

Utilise internal systems to manage data and processes as required.

Draft and prepare various communications, including letters, memos, and emails, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Handle scanning, archiving, and filing of important documents with attention to detail and accuracy.

Answer incoming calls, take clear messages, and ensure they are promptly passed on to the relevant person.

Meet and greet visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome.

Requirements as the PA include:

A recent graduate with a confident, proactive attitude.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a positive and professional approach.

Well-presented, with strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues.

Tech-savvy, with a strong command of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software.

Eager to learn, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
