Social Staffing Solutions are looking for passionate Children's Residential Team Leaders for a new role based in Alcester. This is to join provider of a High Behavioural needs EBD Ofsted Registered home.

What the Company Offer

· Salary, Dependent on Experience and knowledge £(phone number removed) Per Year including sleep-ins.
· Clear progression plans, Development Programs and first-class in-house training

What The Post Requires

· Able to work a flexible Shift Pattern
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· 6-12 months experience within a children's residential setting in a Senior or Team Lead position
· Empathetic people person who is non-judgemental and calm
· Dedicated and committed with a “can-do” attitude.
· Hold a full driving licence (preferable)
· Level 3/4 in Children & Young People
