Customer Service Supervisor – Sheffield – £34,000 - £38,000 (Hybrid)

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a global manufacturing and distribution business in the Sheffield area who are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Supervisor to join their passionate and dedicated team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and successful business, contributing towards the overall customer experience by supporting across the customer order process, including complex and export orders.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

Leading the teams and is responsible for the hiring, training, evaluating performance, and determining disciplinary
Ensuring consistency in the team with regards to backup, staffing levels and succession planning
Developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with customer service principles and practices.
Supporting with developing sales, customer relationship, customer retention, production, operations, and related business strategies
Managing the development, analyses and review of a variety of operational reports to improve service
Overseeing and manages customer service and account management issues with other departments
Managing order input & handling process for defined customer base within company systems
Managing customer complaints associated with orders, deliveries, returns, coordinating internally fast resolution
Required Skills & Experience:

A second language is ideal for this role
Proven customer service experience within a similar role with proven leadership experience
Experience and knowledge of processing export orders
Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively within a team and build customer relationships
IT literate and adaptable to new software/systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Sage etc
