Customer Service Supervisor
Location - Kirkby (L33), Liverpool
Salary - £35,000
Contract/Hours - Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5pm

My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their busy and fast paced team due to growth. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of an experienced team within an international organisation.
Role:
The main purpose of your role is to support a customer service team who are responsible for managing sales orders from receipt to delivery whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Supporting the Customer Service Manager by acting as the first point of contact to deal with queries from internal team members
Working with senior management to ensure correct staffing levels and training are in place to customer services personnel
Handling customer queries, managing order processing, and communicating with other internal departmentsWhat you'll need to succeed:
Previous experience working with a Supervisory / Team Leader role
International shipping experience / knowledge of exports (desirable)
Positive approach
Able to use own initiative
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport Excellent telephone manner
Good PC literacy including competence in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent attention to detailWhat you need to do now
