Overview

We are currently seeking experienced CNC Operators for our client based in the Ely area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that offers excellent working conditions, career growth prospects, and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

Load and run a variety of CNC machines to produce precision in-house machined components
Unload and hand finish components as necessary
Ensure quality of components meets requirements through accurate measurements and inspection
Perform weekly machine maintenance and support process improvement initiatives
Adhere to safe working practices and environmental requirements

Qualifications

Apprenticeship trained or similar experience considered
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Machine Shop environment

Day-to-day

Utilise a working knowledge of milling machining centres
Work with micron level precision and adhere to core values
Operate machines, interpret engineering drawings, and multitask effectively
