About the Role:
Talent Link Recruitment is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Upholstery Salesperson to join our client's team. The successful candidate will engage with customers to guide them through the process of selecting the ideal interior for their vehicles, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the sales team to order the correct leather for specific vehicle models.
* Provide outstanding customer service, reflecting the high standards of a premium brand.
* Meet and exceed sales targets.
* Arrange meetings with new and existing retail and trade customers.
* Handle enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Conduct sales consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable products or services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to support sales strategies.
* Effectively engage, influence, and negotiate with clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within a consultative selling environment.
* Strong attention to detail with a passion for design and quality craftsmanship.
* Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Experience in interiors or luxury sales is highly desirable.
* Genuine enthusiasm for design and vehicle interiors.
* Experience using CRM systems effectively.
* A strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
* Full driving license required.
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
Additional Pay: Bonus scheme, commission, performance bonus
