Major organisation in the railway electrification sector requires a Fleet Coordinator on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

* Act as FORS Practitioner - maintain the fleet management and ensure continued accreditation

* Liaise with the Assurance and Audit Coordinator when needed

* Oversee the work carried out by the Fleet Administrator

* Manage the compliance of drivers in line with company policies and legislation

* Work with team managers and supervisors to identify possible fatigue issues arising from travel to and from work sites

* Liaise with commercial team to authorise purchase orders for things such as fleet repairs

* Liaise with HR team to deal with traffic offences and non-compliance with company policies

* Assist in the maintenance of P11D

* Oversee a speedy and efficient process regarding fleet damage, including investigations

* Be the point of contact for vehicle insurance companies, as well as any PCNS received

* Manage vehicle requests in a prompt manner

* Alongside Transport Manager, create road safety and awareness campaigns

* Assist in the management of the company's O Licence

* Provide performance data on fleet and usage

Experience / Requirements:

* Background dealing with fleet / transportation for an organisation

* Computer literate

* Happy travelling to various sites as and when required

* Excellent communications skills

* Driving licence
