Our clients, a highly respected and successful Estate Agency in the Colchester area, are currently looking to employ a Valuer to join their team.

The successful Valuer will be offered:

Upto £23,000 basic

£45,000 - £50,000 OTE

Individual and team commission

28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)

Company Car

Working Hours:

Mondays to Friday 08:30 – 17:30

Every Saturday 09:00 – 16:00

Lieu day in week.

Valuer requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience working within property valuations

Proven track history of winning instructions

Ability to work within a team, as well as, on an individual basis

Being an ambitious and self-motivated individual

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

A full UK driving license

As a Valuer your role will include but not be limited to:

Winning Instructions

Generating Valuations

Provide accurate market valuations based on market data

Build relationships with clients and prospective clients

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all efforts are achieved to successfully secure a sale
