Job Responsibilities:
Proactive account management of UK customers
Generating own leads and developing through to a potential sale
Working towards sales targets
Negotiating and maintaining contract pricing with current and prospective clients
Defend current business while proactively looking for new opportunities
Analyse data - Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Account Analysis - Working through product drop offs and looking for sales trends
Liaising with customer services regards to new product information and alternatives
Researching Unlicensed products
Back order maintenance
Completing customer quality assessment documentation
Tender maintenance
Setting up and pricing of new products
UK Shortage support
The Person:
GCSEs Grade C passes and above, to include English & Maths or equivalent
Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills
An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
