They are looking for a Technical & Environmental Co-ordinator to join their team.
Key duties:
· Working closely with the Manufacturing Teams to ensure that all integrated management systems and retailer policies and procedures are effectively deployed and measuring effectiveness through audits
· Co-ordinating environmental targets and initiatives for the site
· Develop an effective quality control process
· Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes and setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance
· Support the business with ensuring compliance with legislation, and adherence to best practise
Skills & Experience:
· Experience of environmental management systems e.g. ISO14001
· Environmental audits
· Assessing environmental aspect and impacts
· High attention to detail
· Confident in use of IT
· Ability to effectively prioritise and work to tight deadlines
· In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
· Statistical analysis
