Every day is different. You’ll be quick to think on your feet, adjust to diverse classroom settings, and handle ever-changing priorities
We value individuals who don't wait to be told what to do – you’ll anticipate needs, whether that’s preparing lesson materials or supporting pupils one-on-one
Building rapport with students, staff, and parents is crucial. You’ll be a positive link between all parties, ensuring clear and open dialogue
Challenges come with the territory, but your enthusiasm for helping students overcome barriers will shine through
You’ll work closely with teachers and other assistants, contributing ideas, sharing insights, and learning together

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help
Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive
Managing classroom resources and ensuring a smooth day-to-day running of activities
Acting as a role model for students, fostering both academic growth and personal development
