CUSTOMER ADVISOR

Location: Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 2ER

Contract: Fixed Term – 7 months

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £24,412 per annum

Closing Date: 5.00pm Wednesday 02 October 2024

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Advisor to join our Central Services Team at Kingston Park.

As a Customer Advisor you will deal with a wide range of administrative duties arising from customer queries and sale related requests.

If you have excellent communication skills, a team focussed approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.

About the role:

* Full time (37 hrs Monday to Friday)

* £24,412

* Fixed Term Contract – 7 months

About you:

You’ll need:

* Experience of call handling in a busy environment (preferably call centre/help desk)

* Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Proficient in using IT systems

* Positive can-do attitude

* Enthusiastic team player
