We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work for one of the UKs biggest companies for a 12-week contract with potential for longer fixed-term contracts.

START DATE: 23ed September 2024

This role will include handling inbound calls, customer queries and complaints over the phone. You will be required to use multiple systems and work quickly, achieving KPI's.

You will receive 2 weeks paid training for the role, ensuring you are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deal with customer needs.

The role is based in office, no hybrid working available.

Requirements

Previous experience working in a UK call centre is essential (6 months or more)
Ability to work under pressure
Comfortable with high call volumes
Complaints and query handling
Excellent computer skills

Details

Location: Doxford Park, Sunderland
Pay: £12.97 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Rota: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
Shifts between the hours of: 8:00 - 19:30 Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 15:00 Saturday
