The Role
My client is a leading engineering company seeking to expand its team by appointing an Electronics Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and repair high-powered amplifiers and professional audio equipment.

* Conduct precise component level fault finding.

* Perform high standard soldering

* Utilise standard test equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

* Maintain detailed records of repairs and services.

* Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and explaining technical matters.

* Able to work with a small, skilled team to uphold the company’s reputation for technical excellence.

Requirements:
Proven ability at component level fault finding.

Strong soldering skills

Experience using standard test equipment.

Good electronic knowledge.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent IT skills

Engineering qualification would be desirable

Salary
The salary offered for this position is £30,000- £36,000 to a candidate who can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
