Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Learning Support Practitioner with a passion for making a difference in children’s lives?

We are looking for dedicated professionals to support students in primary, secondary, and special schools across Nuneaton, Bedworth, Bulkington, Hartshill, and surrounding areas. If you're enthusiastic about fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, we want to hear from you!

Types of Roles and Responsibilities:

* Teaching Assistants (TAs): Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities, often pre-planned, tailored to the individual needs of students.

* Learning Support Assistants (LSAs): Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students overcome learning barriers and enhance their progress.

* Learning Support Practitioners (LSPs): Work closely with students requiring more focused, specialist support, including those with complex needs, to promote academic and emotional development.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Adapt to various classroom settings across different schools, ensuring continuity of support for students.

* Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that promotes student well-being.

* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both staff and students to support ongoing development.

* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff to meet the educational and emotional needs of students.

Types of Work:

* Day-to-Day Cover: Flexible roles that fit your schedule and preferences.

* Short Term (Up to 4 weeks): Opportunities offering stability for a defined period, with a chance to make a meaningful impact.

* Long Term (4+ weeks): Extended placements providing continuity and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with students.

* Permanent Roles: Explore fulfilling long-term career opportunities in special education.

Requirements:

* Level 2+ Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant qualification or equivalent (Desirable)

* Recent experience working with children in special educational settings (Desirable)

* Strong understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt to various teaching environments.

* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting students.

* SEND experience or training

* Passionate about providing high-quality support to students and contributing to their educational journey.
