Are you looking for short term temporary work in London? We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for Temporary cover starting in September.

Working for a superb client, offering an excellent working environment, duties will include

Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and general office duties.
Book and prepare meeting rooms.The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Prior experience in a receptionist role is preferred.
