Workshop Based, commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton, Verwood and surrounding areas
Are you a manual machinist / CNC engineer looking for a role within a blue chip engineering business where you will benefit from great training and development opportunities while maintaining a great work life balance with no weekend or evening work and the option to work a 4 day week.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the engineering team of a blue-chip engineering business where you will work on high value projects while being invested in with training and ongoing career development to diversify your skillset.

This company are a bespoke manufacturing business who have contracts with some of the largest names in the aerospace industry, they are going through a large growth phase and due to an increase in work, new contracts and internal promotions, they are looking to employ a manual machinisy to join the manufacturing team in their main workshop.

This is a varied role where you will be operate manual lathes and mills to while also working with the assembly team to ensure all parts are completed to a high standard. This role offers great flexibility with the chance to work a 4-day week and no weekend work.

This role would suit a manual machinist who has worked with lathes and mills . Experience assembling mechanical components would be beneficial but not essential.

* Experience working on manual cnc machines (Mills, Lathes etc)
