French speaking Customer Service Advisor

Main duties: Providing an outstanding level of customer service as well as product advise in order to generate sales

The role:
- Answer calls and emails from the French and UK client base
- Provide product details and process orders
- Generate sales and provide after sales care
- Administration tasks as needed for the role
- Work closely with internal teams ensuring good business practice

The candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Dynamic, confident and proactive

The salary: up to £24,500 per annum plus bonus
