Red Recruitment is recruiting a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor in Bristol City Centre to join an insurance business that specialises in bespoke insurance products.
Our client also prides itself on the people it employs, which makes this a great opportunity for a bilingual (French and English) speaker.
The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum.
Benefits and Package for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor:
* Salary: £25,000 per annum
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Location: Bristol City Centre
* Start date: ASAP
* Hybrid working options are available after the probation period (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

Key Responsibilities of a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor:
* Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries within target timescales
* Making outbound calls and correspondence in writing when necessary
* Confirming and verifying details that are provided and accurately entering them into the database
* Investigating losses thoroughly to obtain pertinent facts and to record loss data
* Notifying relevant parties of all losses received
* Corresponding in both French and English
Key Skills and Experience of a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor:
* You must be fully fluent in both French and English
* Excellent telephone manner and customer focus is required
* Experience in a customer service/claims environment is required
* Awareness of cultural and working practices in France is preferred
* You should also be PC literate and be able to use Microsoft Office
