The role:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all the company’s renewable energy products
* Make outbound calls to our customer database to generate enquiries
* Qualify the customer in line with our product criteria
* Set an appointment with the customer for our BDM to visit
* Handle inbound contacts (calls, emails, web-chat and other channels as appropriate) and support the customer through a consultative sales approach
* Ensure that all sales opportunities are dealt with in a professional manner, taking every opportunity to generate leads
* Support new sales activities with additional products as and when they come on-line
* Deliver sales excellence by achieving performance targets
* Respond to customer enquiries and information requests in a professional manner; ensuring accounts are up to date
