Appointment Maker /Outbound Sales - Financial Services/Equity Release
£38,000 OTE - £26,000 basic salary
One of IT Bods leading clients is a Financial Services company that specialises in advising customers aged 55+ in later life mortgages. Their rapidly growing business has opportunities for enthusiastic, engaging people who want to develop their career in Financial Services.
As the Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be making calls to warm leads generated through the marketing department to book appointments for Field Sales Advisors to visit to discuss equity release.
About you:
Background working as an Outbound Sales Advisor working within B2C sales environment.
A proven track record in KPI achievement
Booking appointments from warm leads for Field Sales Advisors
Contacting high volumes of prospects 200/300 per day
Ideally 12 months + experience in a result driven environment
Ability to promote the brand, products, and services.
Excellent communication skills
Customer focussed self-starter.
Attention to detail and position professional attitude.
Enhance customer experience through excellent quality and compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
