An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a Not For Profit Organisation in Uxbridge. This individual will play a crucial role in managing financial activities.

Management Accountant responsibilities
Produce accurate and timely consolidated management accounts to agreed deadlines.
Assist the Finance Manager with the investigations of budget variances.
Complete balance sheet control accounts reconciliations including bank reconciliation, accruals and prepayments.
Maintain the nominal ledger coding structure and ensure that all transactions are correctly coded.
Prepare and post income recognition journals as part of the month end and year end process.
Follow month end procedure, post month end journals, update the schedules including energy, rates and refectory.
Advise budget holders on routine accounting matters as required.
Assist the Finance Director and Finance Manager with the production of the consolidated year end accounts.
Assist the Finance Director and Finance Manager with cashflow forecasting and monitoring.
Reconcile and process incentive payments to employers.
Liaise with internal and external auditors as and when required.Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
