Are you seeking a new Administrative role working in a friendly environment with the potential to grow and develop? As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This is a temp to perm role.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Inputting orders and data into the system
* Handling all shipping documentation
* Providing administrative support across various departments, including sales, finance, and purchasing
* Managing incoming calls and greeting visitors, acting as the first point of contact
* Organising and maintaining filing systems and databases
* Assisting with sales and purchase orders
* Ensuring accuracy in documentation
* Coordinating employee meetings and client visits
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within an office environment
* Flexible and friendly attitude
* Strong customer and client interaction skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Proficiency in IT and data entry
* Shipping experience advantageous but not essential
