Full Job Description**
Our Client a local logistics company is a fast-growing Finished Vehicle Logistics provider, offering nationwide vehicle distribution, vehicle storage, preparation, and enhancement services. Their clients, including vehicle manufacturers, retailers, fleet, and rental companies, trust them to ensure all their vehicles are stored, prepared, and delivered to meet high standards and lead-times.

Job Summary:
The administration assistant will support the team by providing and processing accurate information in a timely manner across all areas of the business. Using the latest Transport & Vehicle Management systems, you will ensure all vehicles are processed through the facility and ready for onward delivery nationwide, on time every time. Working closely with our Technical and Transport Managers, you will collate all the KPIs to help the business meet and exceed the high standards required by our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls.
- Keep the team up to date with lead-times and targets.
- Manage the stock inventory, including booking vehicles out from the site and ensuring all documentation for vehicles is processed correctly throughout their cycle under our control.
- Support the transport team to ensure all vehicle deliveries are carried out within lead-time and all live feeds are accurate.
- Communicate with the technical team to ensure no delays in vehicle flow and delivery performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by keeping work areas organized, transporters stocked with health and safety supplies, and documentation in order.
- Ensure invoices are raised in a timely and accurate manner to help clients manage their payment processes without delays.
- Use KPIs to update senior managers on the latest performance metrics across different business processes.
- Always maintain a professional image when interacting with customers and team members in a courteous manner.
- Maintain high productivity levels while working within time constraints.

- Work accurately at your own pace while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

**Job Type:** Full-time
**Pay:** From £26,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Transport Administration: 1 year (preferred)
