SALARY: Circa £25,000 plus commission OTE £35,000 Based on kpis

Overall Objective and Purpose of the Business Sales Representative Role

* To secure appointments with new name businesses within the relevant market space in all areas of the company portfolio

* To act as an advocate of the business in all customer interactions and within the external marketplace

* to be the person within the sales team responsible for the finding of potential new business via cold calling, emails, networking etc ensuring a great qualified and up to date potential and existing client database

Duties of the BDR Role

* To ensure sales targets are achieved on a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis

* To inform Sales strategies and liaise with Marketing to produce campaigns to increase market share, raising awareness of the brand and technology services offered

* To support the continued growth within the marketplace and ensure enhanced profile of the business

* To competently and knowledgeably advise clients on the Cyber Security and networking solutions and managed services that best fulfill the clients requirements, carrying out full assessments and analysis of client needs

* To ensure constant personal development ensuring you keep your knowledge current and on point,through vendor training and update sessions and webinars

* Accurate forecasting of anticipated sales along with regular activity reporting

* Participation in planning and preparing marketing campaigns along with your own targeted campaigns

* To build appropriate vendor relationships in support of the sales mission to develop new business

* To ensure that the CRM is up to date for all accounts, customer contacts, prospects, deals and opportunities

* Attending networking events, which at times, may include activities outside of normal work hours

* To take responsibility for and achieve personal and career advancement goals in line with the companies personal development program.

* To identify , develop and bring on new accounts to manage as well as to Identify up-sell opportunities within the existing accounts.

The Right Person will have:

* Consistent new business 2 business sales qualifying /appointment making experience

* Knowledge of cyber security, networking vendors (Juniper, Palo Alto, Arista) LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN and Internet and connectivity network technologies would be an advantage in this arena

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to 'win trust', selling appointments on the quality and integrity of the brand

* An ambitious, industrious and aspiration mind-set

* Ability to use modern tools and social media platforms to develop and nurture contacts and create new business leads

* Must be driven, self-motivated and disciplined

* Good presentation skills

* Committed, engaged, and responsible when dealing with customers

* Eager to learn and continuously develop knowledge and understanding of the cyber security industry

* Not frightened to get on the phone to promote the services offered and secure an appointment for the tech team to showcase the great cyber security offering
