We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive based in Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a full-time temporary basis until December. Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing suppliers who really take care of their team.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive

Act as first point of contact for telephone enquiries.
Liaise with other teams including the estimating department.
Answer enquiries via phone and email and add to the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project updates.
Qualify and process incoming enquiries.
Provide and set up quotes.
Convert enquiries for quotes into tasks.
Requirements for a successful Customer Service Executive

Previous Sales Administration experience.
Professional and confident telephone manner.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Teams.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with great attention to detail.
Summary of the Customer Service Executive role

Salary: £11.80 - £13.00 per hour
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Temporary until December/Christmas
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
