Working hours are 4 on 4 off - 06.00 - 18.00
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated and ambitious and looking to build a career in the customer service industry. You will be joining a well established global logistics companies who are growing year on year.
My well-established national client has over 40 sites in the UK, employs 3000+ members of staff, completes 400,000 deliveries per year and owns over 4,000 trucks. Due to expansion and progression, they are seeking an experienced customer service executive to support with delivering a first-class service to their key accounts.
Responsibilities
* Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries
* Working to customer KPI’s on performance and resolutions
* Providing an excellent level of customer service at all time
* Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution
* Logging all enquiries into in house system
* Communicating with clients internal/external via the telephone ,email and face to face
* Building relationships
* Providing solutions
Skills required
* Strong communication skills
* Previous key account/customer service experience
* Resilience
* Able to deal with complaints
* Solution driven
* Strong IT skills
