As the Front of House Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and sophisticated experience for clients, visitors, and staff. Acting as the face of the studio, you will provide a warm and polished welcome, anticipate needs with professionalism and discretion, and ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards we uphold. Your ability to create a lasting impression will be essential to maintaining the studio’s reputation for excellence.

Creative, inspiring workspace in Central London
Duties:
Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Manage the calendars, meetings, and diaries for senior leadership, including C-suite executives
Coordinate all front of house and office operations, ensuring smooth daily functionality
Liaise with facilities management and external vendors to ensure the office is maintained to the highest standards
Support internal teams with administrative tasks and event coordination
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting bookings, and document preparation for the executive team
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front-of-house, office coordination, or administrative role, ideally within interior design, architecture, or a related industry
Impeccable communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver a luxurious client experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
Proven ability to manage relationships across all levels, including senior leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond
