In this role, you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader to refine our full-cycle recruiting process. Your focus will be on sourcing passive candidates and building a strong talent pipeline using both internal and external methods. You will advise hiring managers on candidate selection, provide updates on requisition statuses, and support overall talent acquisition strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide consultative recruiting services, including market research, candidate sourcing and assessment, and offer negotiations.

Continuously network and build talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs.

Develop and implement diversity and talent acquisition strategies.

Manage the full recruiting cycle from qualification to placement.

Coordinate advertising efforts across various platforms to attract candidates.

Maintain clear communication with applicants regarding job status and process updates.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic plans.

Track recruitment activities and report on progress to keep hiring managers informed.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.

Up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and industry trends.

Proficiency with HR technologies, including applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).

Spanish language proficiency a plus.

PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
