Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Recruiter to join our HR Team.  The ideal candidate will have strong experience succeeding in all phases of the recruitment, sourcing, and offer processes.  This position is 100% REMOTE and reports to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

Perform full lifecycle recruiting for HQ, field offices, and proposals for multiple types of positions: clerical, administrative, skilled labor, technical, professional, financial, management, and executive roles.

Serve as administrator for ICIMS applicant tracking system. Manage the applicant flow in ICIMS in accordance with company and OFCCP policies and guidelines.  Regularly audit to ensure all requisite and timely actions are taken by hiring managers and HR to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy.

Provide positive, professional, and high-touch experience for the applicant throughout all phases of communications – from the initial screening through the offer of employment.  Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Partner with hiring managers to conduct thoughtful, thorough, strategic, and effective sourcing processes. Make recommendations related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, development of pipelines, and the delivering of the highest quality results.

Assist hiring managers with position descriptions by reviewing to ensure adherence to company standards, federal and state compliance , and overall effectiveness.

Provide market rate data utilizing ERI and other available resources.

Prepare and monitor approval processes for job creation and employment offers to ensure timely actions by engaged parties.

Schedule employment interviews – e.g., virtual, in-person, panel – providing requisite information and communicating effectively and timely with all parties involved.  Maintain Recruiting Calendar and In Box.

Conduct follow-up with hiring managers as needed throughout the lifecycle for a position.

Provide instruction, guidance, and assistance for hiring managers as needed for accessing and/or navigating the ICIMS applicant tracking system.

Process employment offers and negotiate with candidates as needed.

Generate Bi-Monthly Status Report following established format. Generate metrics and other reports as needed.

Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, with special focus on Veterans (VEVRAA), EEO, Affirmative Action, and Diversity initiatives.

Stay informed regarding current market trends and technologies.

Utilize internet, employee referrals, social media, local newspapers, and various other recruiting methods and resources to attract potential candidates.

Other recruitment-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of intermediate to advanced-level recruiting experience with mid-to-high volume open jobs.

Minimum 3 years of experience effectively sourcing technical and non-technical active and passive candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, niche job boards, social media, employee referrals and others.  

Minimum 3 years of broad-level experience with ICIMS.

Solid and current working knowledge and experience to ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, VEVRAA, FLSA, and AAP as they relate to hiring principles and practices.

Exceptional interviewing, communication, and negotiation/closing skills.

Effective verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to represent the organization in a professional manner.

Experience effectively using Boolean searches, simple to complex.

High proficiency with computers and MS Office applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)

Detail-oriented, resourceful, organized, strong starter and consistent follow through.

Must be able to successfully manage shifting priorities and frequent interruptions.

Must be able to work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision.
