HYBRID TELESALES EXECUTIVE - CONSTRUCTION
MULTI-NATIONAL MARKETLEADER 40k (basic/commission)
This division is part of Europes largest provider of business information. It has been trading since 1945 . The holding company employs over 4000 staff and has an excellent reputation for training and developing its people. The average tenure at the company is nine years.
The role initially is appointment making for the senior field sales staff. This will involve tele-sales and teams calls. At the beginning it is a high volume sales role and needs individuals with the resilence for sales. The role will gradually change as your knowledge and skill set improves.
The company has a great training programme and will consider ANY individual with superior communication skills and a good work ethic. Successfully candidates usually come from one of three areas.
* 12 months experience in a tele-sales environment.
* Knowledge of the construction industry.
* Relevant degree (or equivalent qualification) in a Business, Marketing or Communication type discipline.
Essential
A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in either monetary or a career sense. A confident individual with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A fit with a fast-paced modern office environment with a emphasis on team work
