The Best Connection Newport is looking for 3 Quality Inspectors/Leaders to join our team in the NP11 area. Each position is designated for one of the three shifts available. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality inspection, preferably within the automotive injection moulding industry, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards ✔️

* Lead and manage a shift team effectively

* Utilise Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication

* Maintain excellent communication with team members and supervisors ️

* Ensure a clean and organised inspection area

Minimum Skills Required:

* Previous experience as a Quality Inspector, ideally in automotive injection moulding

* Strong leadership skills ‍♂️ ‍♀️

* Proficiency in Excel and Outlook

* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English ️

Desirable Experience:

* Experience in setting up firewall procedures

* Writing inspection standards

* Preparing reference samples

* User experience with SAP
