As an Projects Engineer you will play a key role in crucial projects that contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to internal stakeholders and clients. Foster positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualifications in Engineering or related field (preferred)
* Proven experience in projects in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
