**Role Expectations:**
The Account Director will provide exceptional day-to-day support to clients and internal teams, ensuring the growth of accounts year on year. Responsibilities include leading client-facing meetings, project management, strategic input in campaign planning, and facilitating internal and interagency meetings. An entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude are essential to inspire and energise the wider team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day client relationships.
- Report to the Client Services Director on account financials, progress, and forecasting.
- Drive revenue generation and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead project delivery from initial brief to final execution and evaluation.
- Ensure first-rate client service across all aspects of campaign management.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with senior management.
- Represent the agency in client and third-party meetings, reflecting the agency's values.
- Deliver added-value thinking and recommendations to clients.
- Optimise client budgets and develop ROI models.
- Manage monthly forecasting, invoicing, and account profitability.
- Mentor and support the wider team, including direct Account Manager(s).

**Required Experience and Skills:**
- Proven experience in an integrated marketing agency as a senior account manager or director.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in partnership with clients and internally.
- Excellent account handling skills with attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client contacts, requests, and projects.
- Knowledge of delivering digital marketing projects.
- Resourcefulness and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Commitment to team development.
- Professional, confident, and energetic demeanour.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to become the client's trusted first port of call.
