Account Director Opportunity for a leading Exhibition firm

In this position, you will forge and nurture robust client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. As the main point of contact, you’ll provide regular updates and promptly address any issues. You’ll develop and present compelling project proposals, budgets, and timelines, leading the planning and execution from inception to completion. Crafting detailed project plans, you’ll coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors to meet project requirements. Your exceptional time management skills will ensure timely delivery of all project components while monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to adhere to timelines and budgets.

Your leadership will be crucial in managing and mentoring project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. You’ll delegate tasks effectively, ensuring clarity in roles and deliverables, and conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Financial management is a key aspect of this role. You’ll prepare and manage project budgets and P&L, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Tracking project expenses, you’ll provide regular financial reports to senior management, identify opportunities for cost savings, and improve processes.

You will have proven experience in a similar role within the exhibitions and fit-outs, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and high-profile client accounts. Highly personable with excellent communication, your hands-on construction experience within the production/build side of exhibitions is essential.
