Role Overview:
As a Knitting Machine Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of knitting machines. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing machine performance, contributing to the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Repair and maintain knitting machines to ensure peak performance

* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues

* Replace needles and make necessary adjustments

* Collaborate with the production team to enhance machine efficiency and reliability

Salary and Hours:

* Pay Rate:depending on experience

* Training Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 - 16:00; Friday, 7:30 - 12:30 (paid training week, with a 30-minute lunch break daily except Fridays)

* Shift Hours: 18:00pm - 06:00am (Post-training)

* 4 shifts x 12 hours = 48 hours per week (option to only work 3 shifts)

Requirements:

* Experience with single-cylinder sock machines

* Strong communication skills

* Excellent timekeeping and reliability

* Keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

* Team player with a collaborative mindset
