Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team in Folkestone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contractual dealings with clients, with a focus on maximizing profits and resolving disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and negotiation to maximize profits.
Handle contractual disputes and provide expert advice on resolution strategies.
Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong understanding of contractual dealings and dispute resolution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Benefits:
