Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is seeking a Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a residential developer with numerous sites in Kent and East Sussex. The developer has pre-sold up to 80% of their properties before building.

Key Responsibilities:

Worked on Residential or Main Contracting Projects
Work both in the office and on-site.
Ensure accurate cost management and budgeting.
Liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
Oversee procurement and contract management. Requirements:

Proven experience in residential development.
Experience working on the main contracting side is preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Valid driving licence.
Relevant qualifications and certifications. Compensation:

Up to £45,000 per year.
Car allowance.
