Key Responsibilities:

Assessing the progress and site work of apprentices working towards their NVQ in Electrical Installation.
Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges (there are opportunities to become an Assessor too).
Integrating industry experience into teaching to offer practical insights.
Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies.
Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.Requirements:

Preferably holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical/related field.
Valuable experience in teaching or assing experience.
Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
