Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? Join a fast paced team with our client based in Alton, Hampshire as a Customer Service Administrator. You will become an essential part of the team, ensuring seamless support to clients and internal team members.

Your varied role will include:

Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Documentation Management: Prepare, process, and manage documentation. Opening and distributing post.
Customer Communication: Maintain regular contact with customers, providing updates.
Account Maintenance: Assist in opening and maintaining of customer accounts.
Data Management: Update and maintain systems.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the wider team. Skills and Experience Required:
Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.What We Offer:
