Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bordon, Hampshire
Salary: Circa £25,000pa + Benefits

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a first class service. You will be at the heart of the operation, playing a crucial role in managing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer care.

Your varied role will include:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, answering queries and resolving issues with professionalism.
Process customer orders, returns, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience.
Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
Accurate customer order entry.
Filing of customer orders, dispatch notes and proof of deliveries
What you will bring:

A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Experience in a customer-facing role or administration.
