As a critical member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in:

Improving student attendance: Ensuring our school meets statutory obligations and targets.
Providing exceptional customer service: Building solid relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Driving school improvement: Contributing to the overall success of our academy. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Customer service focus: A commitment to providing exceptional support.
Technical proficiency: Good IT skills and the ability to use various software applications.
