A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team in the sustainable fashion industry. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong print design skills and the ability to manage busy workloads and tight deadlines. You will need 2 + years experience and ready to step into a managerial role.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the in-house Graphics team, creating engaging marketing materials across all print channels.
Oversee the production of 10 direct mail brochures annually, from concept to completion, including design, layout, and copy.
Manage the creative direction of a bi-monthly editorial magazine and ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
Design and deliver seasonal in-store assets and point-of-sale materials within budget and deadlines.
Manage the seasonal photo library, ensuring images are accurate for use.
Produce press and PR lookbooks and ensure consistent branding across platforms.
Coordinate the team’s workflow using project management systems and liaise with external agencies as needed.
Ensure cost-efficiency while delivering high-quality work on time.Requirements:

BA (Hons) in Graphics or a related field.
Extensive graphic design experience, ideally in both in-house and agency settings.
Strong knowledge of direct mail, brochure production, and print workflows.
Experience managing creative teams in a retail environment.
Proactive, organised, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Start-up mentality and willingness to grow within the company.Benefits:
